Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem inteligentního penzionu pro seniory. Jedná se o systémy vytápění, elektroinstalace, návrhu služeb a správu celého objektu. Výsledkem práce je plán realizace řízení technologií v budově penzionu. Díky sběrnicovým systémům (zejména KNX) je tak možné objekt kontrolovat, řídit a dohlížet na jeho chod a podávat obsluze informace při mimořádné situaci (ohrožení života ? selhání životních funkcí, požár, porucha). Cílem celého návrhu je zvýšit komfort a posílit bezpečnost ubytovaných hostů penzionu. |

This diploma thesis deals with intelligent boarding-house for elderly people design. It includes the sub-projects of heating system, wiring and monitoring the building as a whole. The main result of this work is proposal and application of control technologies in a boarding house. By using bus system technologies (especially KNX), it is feasible to control, manage and supervise the performance of the building. Acknowledging the operator about alarm states (life-threatening failure of vital bodily functions, fire, malfunction) was also taken into account. The goal of the entire project is to increase the comfort of accommodated guests and strengthen safety measures. |
