Otevřelová Babincová, Jana. Systém péče ve městě Brně o děti týrané, zneužívané a zanedbávané (Bakalářská práce). Brno: Univerzita Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně, Institut mezioborových studií, 2005. 42 stran. Vedoucí práce Mgr. Marcela Zvonařová. Cílem této práce bylo zmapovat systém péče ve městě Brně o děti týrané, zneužívané a zanedbávané. Na začátku práce se snažím za použití dostupné literatury vymezit základní pojmy a charakteristiky. Další část je věnována legislativě a uvedení části právních předpisů, které upravují a úzce souvisí s činností orgánů činných v trestním řízení. Poslední část je věnována systému péče z hlediska státního a nestátního krizového centra. Závěr práce tvoří rozbor pomoci jednotlivých institucí a jejich vzájemné spolupráce. |

The aim of my thesis was to chart the system of care for maltreated, abused and neglected children. In the first part of my thesis, I am trying to define the basic terms and characteristics on the basis of available literature. The second part is aimed at discussing the laws, acts and other regulations governing - and closely connected - with the investigating bodies. In the third part, I compare the system of care provided by private and public crisis centres. In the final part, the aid provided by the respective institutions and their mutual cooperation are discussed. |
