dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je členěna na dvě hlavní části: teoretickou a výzkumnou. Tato práce seznamuje čtenáře s výzkumem, který zjišťoval vztah, mezi stylem komunikace učitele a motivací žáka v hodině. Výzkum byl proveden mezi posluchači 1. a 2. ročníku středních škol. Současně přibližuje výsledky, které jsme získali a vyhodnotili. Cílem je, aby učitel na základě těchto informací dovedl projektovat postup dalšího zkvalitnění svého pedagogického působení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The work is devided into two main parts: theoretical and research work. This work describes a research project that looked at relation from beetwen teachers's communication skills and student motivation. It presents some of the findings of this project which studied secondary school in the first or second year of their studies. Based on this information, the aim for the teacher is to be able to make his teaching more effective and to be able to design the procedure of next effectiveness of his pedagogical influence.	en
