Předkládaná diplomová práce je rozvržena do dvou hlavních částí. První část práce tvoří teoretická základna z oblasti nákladů, logistiky, procesů změn, znalosti problematiky zboží, která se prolíná celou diplomovou prací. Druhá část práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, na analytickou a projektovou část. Analytická část uvádí charakteristiku firmy, jak probíhá nákup a prodej zboží. Dále je zde provedena analýza nákladů s následným vyhodnocením efektivity prodeje. Cílem projektové části je najít řešení na změnu v distribuci vybraného zboží tak, aby byl maximálně zefektivněn tok zboží od dodavatele až k zákazníkovi, včetně úspory nákladů vynaložených na jeho manipulaci. Zadání vzniklo na podnět specialisty na prodej tohoto sortimentu s vědomím změny v budoucím systému závozů. Vzhledem k plánované změně závozů, kdy většina zákazníků budou zaváženi z centrálních skladů, proti současnému závozu z prodejen, bylo třeba vyřešit zefektivnění systému distribuce zboží, které nebude možno dodávat novým systémem přes centrální sklady, ale stále přes prodejny. |

The present thesis is divided into two major parts. The first part serves as a theoretical base, describing the area of costs, logistics, processes of change, knowledge of goods, which permeate the thesis. The second part is subdivided into two main parts, the analytical and project part. The analytical part introduces the company?s characteristics, the processes of purchase and resale of goods. In addition, it includes a costs analysis with subsequent analysis of the sales effectiveness. The objective of the project part is to find a solution how to change the distribution of the selected goods in order to streamline the flow of goods from the supplier to the customer, and thus, for instance, save costs incurred by handling the goods. The assignment was initi-ated by a specialist in the sale of this specific assortment, and it takes into account a planned change in the future system of deliveries. With respect to the planned change of deliveries, where most customers will be supplied from central warehouses, as opposed to the current system of deliveries from shops, it was necessary to streamline the system of the distribution of the goods which will not be able to be delivered through central warehouses but still through shops. |
