dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci ?Výkon obecně prospěšných prací v regionu Kroměříž? se zabývám zmapováním stavu výkonu tohoto trestu z pohledu odsouzených. V teoretické části práce popisuji historický vývoj trestu, legislativní úpravu a problematiku zajištění výkonu trestu. V praktické části práce mapuji samotný průběh výkonu trestu z pohledu odsouzených, podporu rodiny a blízkých, vyhodnocuji kvalitu spolupráce mezi odsouzeným a PMS. Zvolil jsem si kvalitativní výzkumný postup a metodu polostrukturovaného interview.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my bachelor theses ? Execution of community service order in distrikt Kroměříž? I deal with mapping of this punitive from the view of punished. In the teoretical part of my work I describe the historical evolution of the punishment, the legislative reconstruktion and the section of the punishment execution valorization. In the praktical part of thesis I map the course of imprisonment of the punitive from the view of punished itself, the support of the family and close friends. I valorized the quality of the cooperation between the punished and PMS and I voted the qualitative research method and the method of polystructural interview.	en
