dc.description.abstract	Předmětem výzkumu bylo studium inkluzních supramolekulárních komplexů adamantano-vých ligandů s cyklodextriny a cucurbiturily. Byly studovány termodynamické parametry inkluzních komplexů, za které zodpovídá řada vazebných interakcí. Dalším úkolem bylo zjistit, jak ligandy pronikají do kavity hostitelských molekul. Úkolem bylo především op-timalizovat podmínky experimentu, za kterých by bylo možné měřit série adamantanových ligandů, s možností srovnání naměřených hodnot. Pro stanovení asociačních konstant a termodynamických parametrů komplexačních reakcí byla použita metoda ITC.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of research was the study of inclusion supramolecular host-guest complexes of adamantane-based ligands with cyclodextrins and cucurbiturils. Thermodynamic paramet-res of inclusion complexes which is affected by many bonding interactions were studied. Another task of the work was to find out how ligands penetrate cavity of host molecules. In the first place experiment options were optimised so all series of adamantane-based ligands could be measured and matched. The isothermal titration calorimetry was used for determination of association constants and other thermodynamic parameters of complexation.	en
