dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku mužů čerpajících rodičovskou dovole-nou. Na problém otcovství a péči o dítě je nahlíženo z historického i současného hlediska. Mapuji situaci v České republice i ve světě. Popisuji vliv přítomnosti otce v rodině a dopa-dy na výchovu dětí v případě jeho absence. Dále se zabývám postojem současné společ-nosti k mužům na rodičovské dovolené a k ženám, které daly souhlas k výměně rolí při péči o dítě. V průběhu práce objasňuji klíčová slova, vztahující se k této problematice. V praktické části se věnuji názorům mladých rodičů ve Zlíně, které se týkají rodičovské dovolené čerpané mužem a samotné problematiky péče o dítě.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This dissertation is focused on the topic of the paternity leaves. The problems of the pater-nity and the nurturing of children are examined from the historical as well as contemporary point of view. The situation in the Czech Republic and in the world is well mapped and compared. The dissertation deals with the topic of the impact to the upbringing in the fami-lies where the father is present and differences to those where he is absent. Besides, the current attitude of our society towards men on the paternity leaves and towards women that agreed on changing the roles to nurture the children is studied. The key words related to these topics are clarified and explained. The practical part of this dissertation is devoted to the ideas of the young couples in Zlin that are concerned by the parental leave and by the nurturing of children.	en
