Diplomová práca sa zaoberá celosvetovým problémom, týkajúci sa kolapsu dôchodkových systémov. V teoretickej časti je uvedené legislatívne riešenie tohto problému, ktoré urobila vláda Slovenskej republiky. V praktickej časti sú uvedené problémy a nedostatky, s ktorými sa musela vysporiadať a čo priniesla táto reforma obyvateľom Slovenska po prvom roku fungovania. Cieľom tejto práce nie je len poukázanie na klady a zápory slovenskej dôchodkovej reformy, ale predovšetkých chcem čitateľa oboznámiť so znakmi ideálnej dôchodkovej reformy, ktorá so sebou priniesie definitívne riešenie dôchodkového problému v danej krajine. |

Master thesis focus of the world problem with collapse of old-age pensions systems. In theory is involved legislative resolve of this problem from government of Slovak republic. In practical part are involved problems and defects that accompanied realization this reform and what gave this reform to Slovak citizen after first year. The goal of this paper work is not only about pluses and minuses of Slovak pension system reform, but in the first line I want you aprise of the signs of ideal pension system reform, which bring definitely solve of pensions problem in country. |
