dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zvyšování finanční gramotnosti u nezaměstnaných. V teoretické části je charakterizována finanční gramotnost obecně. Popsána Národní strategie finančního vzdělávání v České republice. Vymezena nezaměstnanost a některé problémy občanů spojené s nezaměstnaností. Dále stručný popis použitých metod sociologického výzkumu, OP LZZ ? jeho publicity a komunikace. Teorie končí vymezením významu FG pro budoucnost. Na počátku praktické části jsou stanoveny hypotézy k následnému sociologickému výzkumu. Dotazníkové šetření je zaměřeno na zájem o vzdělávání v oblasti finanční gramotnosti a stávající znalosti dotazovaných. V závěrečné projektové části jsou krátce nastíněny činnosti Úřadu práce ČR. Navržena témata a zejména způsoby komunikace vzdělávání v oblasti zvyšování finanční gramotnosti občanů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is dealing with the issues of raising financial literacy of the unemployed. The financial literacy is characterized generally in the theoretical part. The National strategy of financial education in the Czech Republic is described. Unemployment is defined and some problems of the citizens related to this are pointed out. A brief description of the used methods of the sociological research is included, OP LZZ project and its publicity and communication is also described. The theoretical part is concluded by the definition of the importance of FL for the future. Hypotheses relating to the following sociological research are established at the beginning of the practical part. The questionnaire investigation is aimed at the interest in the financial literacy education and at the current knowledge of the questioned people. The activities of the job center are shortly outlined in the final project part. Topics and especially means of communication of the education are proposed in the area of raising the financial literacy of citizens.	en
