Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy POPR, spol. s r.o. z Hradce Králové. Hlavním cílem je pomocí navrhovaného projektu zvýšit konkuren-ceschopnost firmy. Práce je rozdělena na tři části: teoretickou, analytickou a projektovou. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši, která vysvětluje problematiku konkurenceschop-nosti. Dále je zde vysvětlen pojem průmyslového inženýrství a vybraných metod, které byly následně v projektové části použity. Popsán je rovněž software v práci využitý. Analytická část obsahuje základní údaje o firmě, finanční ukazatele, analýza sídla společ-nosti, analýza vozového parku a SWOT analýza. Projektová část je již zaměřena na navržení nápravných opatření, které vyplývají z nedo-statků odhalených v části analytické. Její částí je i ekonomické zhodnocení navržených opatření a možnosti rizik s nimi spojených. |

This graduation thesis focuses on the increasing of competitiveness strenght of the POPR, spol. s r.o. The main objective is by using proposed project increase competitiveness of the firm. The thesis is dividet into three parts: theoreticalt, analytical and project part. The theoretical part contains literature retrieval, which explains problems of competitive-ness strenght. Then there is explained conception of industrial engineering and chosen methods, which where used in project part. Described is also software used in the thesis. Analytical part contains basic informations about the firm, financial indicators, analysis of place of business, analysis of carriage stock and SWOT analysis. Project part is focused on designing a corrections, which results from absence detected in analytical part. It also contains an economic evaluation of the proposed action and possible hazards. |
