dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickými aspekty školení nových zaměstnanců. V teoretické části je zpracována problematika týkající se vzdělávání a jeho efektivity. Praktická část je zaměřena na vzdělávání ve vybraném podniku Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o., ekonomické aspekty školení nových zaměstnanců a návratnost těchto ekonomických aspektů. Na základě porovnání investovaných nákladů a jejich návratnosti jsou definovány nedostatky a navrženo opatření na jejich odstranění. Pro podnik jsou na-vrhnuta další opatření, které vedou ke zlepšení vzdělávacího systému nových zaměstnanců. Jde o rozšíření teoretického školení do praxe a zavedení opakovacího školení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with economic aspects of training of new employees. The theoretical part deals with issues relating to education and its effectiveness. The practical part is focused on education in the selected company Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o., economic aspects of training of new employees and the return on these economic aspects. Based on the comparison of investment costs and return are defined shortcomings and suggested measures to eliminate them. For the enterprise are designed next steps for the improvement the education system for new employees. It is extension of theoretical training into practice and introduction of repeating training.	en
