dc.description.abstract	Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám vypracováním projektu využití benchmarkingu pro zvýšení výkonnosti ve společnosti E.ON Česká republika, s.r.o., který je cílem této práce. Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou stěžejních částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení obsahu a významu problematiky benchmarkingu a zvyšování vý-konnosti podniku pomocí zpracování dostupných literárních zdrojů. Obsahem praktické části je samotné představení společnosti E.ON Česká republika, s.r.o. a podrobný průzkum českého energetického trhu. Součástí projektové části je také aplikace metody benchmar-kingu s následným cílem - zvýšení výkonnosti podniku a informace o celkovém zhodnocení projektu spolu s návrhy a doporučeními na zlepšení situace.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my diploma thesis I deal with creating a benchmarking project to increase the perfor-mance of the company E.ON Czech Republic Ltd. which is a purpose of this thesis. The whole work is divided into two main parts, theoretic and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on delimitation of content and meaning of the terms benchmarking and company performance by using the available literature. The topic of the practical part is a presentation of company E.ON Czech Republic Ltd and detailed examination of czech energic market. The part of the project part of the thesis is the application of benchmarking in order to increase performance and it assesses the results of the benchmarking project and suggests recommendations for improvement.	en
