Cílem této diplomové práce je provést benchmarkingový projekt za účelem zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Slovácké strojírny, a.s. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy jako konkurence, konkurenceschopnost, finanční analýza, SWOT analýza a benchmarking. Obsahem praktické části je stručná charakteristika a finanční analýza Slováckých strojíren, a.s. V projektové části je vypracován benchmarkingový projekt za účelem zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti sledované společnosti. Na závěr jsou interpretována opatření, která povedou k vylepšení stávající pozice společnosti na trhu. |
