Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice motivace pracovníků. Cílem práce je ana-lýza a navrhnutí zlepšení současného systému motivace v dělnických profesích v podniku AVL Moravia, s.r.o. v Hranicích. V teoretické části rozebírám základní pojmy, stimulační prostředky a jednotlivé teorie motivace, z nichž vycházím v praktické části. Ve druhé, praktické části, se zabývám charakteristikou a analýzou současného systému motivace v uvedeném podniku, která byla provedena na základě dotazníkového šetření. Z této analý-zy jsem vycházela při formulaci doporučení pro zlepšení stavu motivace v podniku AVL Moravia, s.r.o. v dělnických profesích. |

This bachelor work is devoted to problems of employees' motivation. The aim of my work is the analysis and proposal of innovation the contemporary system of motivation in labour professions in the company called AVL Moravia ltd in Hranice. In the theoretical part I analyse basic definitions, stimulation resources and particular theories of motivation which I analyse in the practical part. In the second part, in the practical part I am concerned with the characteristics and analyse of the contemporary motivational system in the mentioned company which was made by the interview. From the analyse I sum up in the statement of innovation the stage of motivation in the AVL Moravia ltd in labour professions. |
