dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou inteligentního řízení budov se zaměřením na facility management. Tato metoda je v posledních letech hojně vyuţívána. Myšlenkou této metody je sjednocení pracovního prostředí, činností a lidských zdrojů řízení, která vede k větší efektivnosti podniku nebo firmy. Facility management je vysoce efektivní nástroj pro sledování výdajů za energii a jiných souvisejících nákladů. Další částí této diplomové práce je návrh a vytvoření software, který dovede v takovém to prostředí zpracovávat data a vyhodnotit je. Jedná se o software, který přijímá data z MS SQL serveru pomocí speciálního software a následně je zpracovává v aplikaci Microsoft Access a Microsoft Excel.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the problematic of the inteligent building management with the focus on the facility management. This method has been used widely for a few recent years. The idea of this method is the unification of the working environment, activities and the human resources of the management leading to a bigger effectivness of an enterprise or a company. The facility management is a highly effective instrument how to follow the expenses for the energy and other costs related. The further part of this thesis is a proposal and creation of the software being capable of processing the data in such an environment and evaluating them. It is a software receiving the data from MS SQL server thanks to a special software and subsequently they are processed by it in the Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel appliacations.	en
