Předmětem diplomové práce je založení stavební společnosti ve městě Hodonín, která se bude zabývat kompletní výstavbou, přestavbou či rekonstrukcí rodinných domů, bytových výstaveb a jiných objektů. První část objasňuje tuto práci z teoretického hlediska, kde byly sepsány poznatky specifikací oboru stavebnictví, podniku a právních forem podnikání, Na základě teoretického konceptu je v praktické části provedena analýza PEST a analýza konkurence pomocí Porterova modelu. Projekt je založen na průzkumu trhu, prů-zkumu spokojenosti zákazníků se stávajícím rozsahem nabídky stavebních společností a analýze potřeb. Jejich výsledkem je podklad pro zpracování projektu založení stavební společnosti. Dále byl zpracován finanční plán s tříletým výhledem a zhodnocení rizik pro-jektu a jejich eliminace. |

The subject of this thesis is the establishment of a construction company in Hodonin, which will work with the entire construction, reconstruction, or renovation of houses, hous-ing projects and other. The first part explains thesis from a theoretical point of view, where the complete knowledge of the specifications from the construction sector, business, and legal forms of business, etc is. Based on the theoretical part there is used PEST analysis and also analysis of Porter's competitive model. The project is based on market research, research of customer satisfaction with the existing range of the constructions companies and analysis of needs. The result is a basis for establishment of the project of the construc-tion company. In addition, there is prepared a financial plan with the three-year perspective and assessment of risks of the project and their elimination. |
