Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení zásob ve společnosti OP Papírna, s.r.o. Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo provést situační analýzu v této společnosti, zanalyzovat současný stav řízení zásob a navrhnout doporučení k odstranění slabých míst v systému řízení zásob. Teoretická část je věnována základním poznatkům o zásobách, jejich struktuře, vývoji, oceňování, skladování, evidenci, metodách řízení a optimalizaci. Analytická část začíná představením společnosti a provedením interní a externí situační analýzy. Dále se zabývám současným stavem, vývojem a způsobem řízení zásob ve společnosti. V závěrečné části navrhnu doporučení ke zlepšení stávající situace. |

This Bachelor's assignment deals with the problematic nature of the stores management at OP Papirna, s.r.o. (OP Papermill).The objective of my Bachelor's work was to carry out a situational analysis in this company, to analyze the current state of the stores management and to make recommendations aimed at the removal of weaknesses in the stores management system. The theoretical part of my assignment concentrates on a basic knowledge of stores, their structure, development, evaluation, storing goods, registration, management methods and optimalization.The analytical part firstly introduces the company, and then provides an internal and external situational analysis. It, further, deals with its current state, development and the way of the stores management is done in the company.In the final conclusive part I make recommendations to improve the current situation. |
