V diplomové práci jsou navrženy změny výrobního programu společnosti Rochus, s.r.o. Kunovice společně s vyčíslením nákladů na jejich realizaci a přínosy v důsledku provedených změn. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením výrobní a obchodní činnosti a problematikou perso-nálního managementu. Zdůrazňuje význam volby optimálního výrobního programu pro dosahované výsledky společnosti. Praktická část popisuje současný stav používání výrobního programu společnosti Rochus, s.r.o., analyzuje jeho segmenty s cílem specifikace kladných a záporných míst v systému činnosti. Následně navrhuje řešení negativ vyplývajících z analýzy s cílem redukce úzkých míst, zefektivnění výrobního programu cestou zvýšení výkonnosti strojního zařízení a lidského faktoru včetně úspor nákladů na ostatní činnosti a energie. Uvedené změny vytváří předpoklad pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Rochus, s.r.o. a upevnění její pozice na trhu. |

My diploma thesis deals with proposition of the company Rochus, Ltd?s manufacturing program?s changes. Concerning these changes, my thesis deals with the exercise costs and also with the following revenues. The theoretical part of my thesis considers the definition of the production, business activities and personal management, too. There is an importance of the optimal production pro-gram?s selection for the company?s return stressed. The practical part of my thesis describes the present production program of company Rochus, Ltd. and analyses its segments to specify the positive and negative points of the system. Consequently, there are some negatives pointed out. These negatives arose from analysis, which deals with following issues. First, it deals with reduction of the narrow positions. Second, it deals with the growth of the manufacturing program?s efficiency with the help of the increasing performance of company?s equipment and labor force. There are costs and energy reductions considered, too. These changes are the base premises for the reinforcement of the company?s competiveness and also for an improvement of its market position. |
