Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou udržitelného rozvoje a místní Agendy 21. Je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Hlavním cílem teoretické části je obecně popsat a charakterizovat pojem udržitelný rozvoj a následně i pojem místní Agenda 21. Praktická část je zaměřena na proces zavádění principů udržitelného rozvoje v České republice. Součástí je také podrobná analýza místních Agend 21 v České republice a Zlínském kraji. Značná část práce je zaměřena na případovou studii města Uherské Hradiště, kde jsou zmapováni partneři místní Agendy 21 a navrhnuty řešení, jak celkově zlepšit činnost místní Agendy 21 a spolupráci s partnery. |

This thesis addresses the issue of sustainable development and Local Agenda 21. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The main aim of the general theory to describe and characterize the concept of sustainable development and, consequently, the term Local Agenda 21. The practical part focuses on the process of implementing the principles of sustainable development in the Czech Republic. Also included is a detailed analysis of Local Agenda 21 in the Czech Republic and the Zlin Region. Much of the work is focused on a case study of Uherske Hradiste, where local partners have been identified in Agenda 21 and propose solutions to improve the overall activities of the Local Agenda 21 and the cooperation with partners. |
