dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je vypracovat projekt implementace konceptů Balanced Scorecard a EVA do firmy Mands International s.r.o. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše týkající se problematiky měření výkonnosti podniku s důrazem na koncepty Balanced Scorecard a EVA doplněná o možnosti jejich vzájemného propojení. Analytická část obsahuje strategickou analýzu firmy Mands International s.r.o., na kterou navazuje výpočet a analýza ukazatele EVA za sledované období. Projektová část diplomové práce pak navazuje na výsledky předešlých částí. Samotný návrh propojení konceptů BSC a EVA je rozdělen do několika fází. Závěr práce je věnován identifikaci rizik a nákladů spojených s projektem a zhodnocení přínosů plynoucích z implementace navrženého projektu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of the Diploma thesis is to create the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) conjuntion implementation plan for the company Mands International Ltd. The theoretical part deals with backround research of company performance measurement - with emphasis on the Balanced Scorecard, Economic Value Added and possibilities of their conjunction. The analytical part focuses on strategic analysis of Mands International Ltd. and consequently on calculation and analysis of EVA indicator within the reporting period. Following the results from preceding parts, in the next part there is the implementation plan created. The EVA and BSC conjunction implementation plan is divided into several phases. The conclusion devotes attention to identification of risks and costs of the project and evaluation of the benefits which are connected to the implementation plan.	en
