dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice srovnání úvěru na bydlení a úvěru ze stavebního spoření. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit nabídky vybraných bank a stavebních spořite-len v České republice a doporučit nejvhodnější alternativu potenciálnímu zákazníkovi. Jde především o porovnání hypotečního úvěru a stavebního spoření a shrnutí výhod a nevýhod těchto dvou produktů. Práce by mohla být užitečná pro potenciálního zájemce o úvěr na bydlení. Součástí bakalářské práce je také analýza trhu nemovitostí v České republice, pře-devším vývoj cen nemovitostí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is devoted to the comparison of home loans and credit from constructi-on savings. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the range of selected banks and building societies in the Czech Republic and recommend the best alternative to a potential customer. It is primarily a comparison of mortgage and construction savings and a summary of the advantages and disadvantages of these two products. The work might be useful for potential applicants for home loans. A part of a bachelor thesis is also an analysis of the real estate market in the Czech Republic, primarily real estate prices.	en
