dc.description.abstract	Cieľom diplomovej práce je navrhnúť projekt na základe finančnej analýzy vybraného podniku.Samotná práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. V teoretickej časti definujem základné pojmy,postupy a metódy uplatňované vo finančnej analýze.V praktickej časti je teória finančnej analýzy aplikovaná na konkrétny podnikateľský subjekt,ktorého predmetom činnosti je predaj a oprava motorových vozidiel.Uskutočnená finančná analýza komplexne vypovedá o finančnej situácii podniku,určuje jeho postavenie na trhu a prognózuje jeho ďalší vývoj.Prevedená finančná analýza a jej výsledky sú východiskom pre projektovú časť,v ktorej stanovený cieľ projektu je následne rozpracovaný v jeho jednotliých fázach.Zistenia v projektovej časti jasne identifikujú význam a zmysel predmetu podnikania a v zásade poukazujú na riziká v tejto oblasti a určujú reálnu pozíciu podniku z hľadiska stanovených podnikateľských zámerov a ich výsledkov.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The purpose of the diploma work is to suggest the project on the financial analysis of a certain business entity.The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts.The main concepts,developing principles and methods employed in the financial analysis are defined in the theoretical part.In the practical part the financial analysis theory is applied to a certain business entity dealing with the sale and repair of the vehicles.The performed financial analysis completely evaluates the financial situation of the company,specifies its positoin in the trade market and offers the prospects of its future development.The finacial analysis and its further results makes the foundation for the project suggestion in which the defined purpose of the project is eventually being developed in its particular steps.Project research facts clearly identify the importance and the point of business and in its fundamental points at the risk zones in the branch and specifies the real position of the company from the point of view of the defined business aims and results.	en
