Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh projektu na zlepšení využití informačního systému za účelem controllingu. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou využity poznatky z odborné literatury pro vysvětlení pojmů jako controlling a informační systém podniku. Praktická část je rozdělena na část analytickou a projektovou. V analytické části je charakterizována společnost XY, a.s.a provedena analýza využití informačního systému pro provádění controllingu. Na základě této analýzy je zpracováno doporučení pro lepší využití informačního systému v rámci controllingu v podobě definování postupů a sestav, které lze použít. Závěr tvoří časový harmonogram, náklady, přínosy a rizika projektu. |
