Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice výskytu mikroorganizmů ve zdravotnictví a potravinářství a o možnostech jejich zneškodnění. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé metody dezinfekce, požadavky na dezinfekční prostředky a příklady používaných komerčních přípravků. Dále se práce zaměřuje na úpravu vody a hygienické zabezpečení pitné vody chemickými metodami. Práce obsahuje také přehled legislativních trendů týkajících se zdraví, hygieny a dezinfekce v daných oblastech průmyslového využití. |

Bachelor work deals with problems of presence of microorganisms in health services and food department and about possibilities of their disposal. There are descriptions of different methods of desinfection, disinfectants requirements and examples of used commercial products.
