dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je objasnění jednotlivých stylů řízení a jejich následné využití v praxi. První část se zabývá popsáním jednotlivých stylů řízení, konkrétně se zaměřením na specifikaci autokratického, demokratického a liberálního stylu řízení. Dále objasňuje principy a zásady koučování,delegování a motivování pracovníků. Druhá část analyzuje současné využívání stylů řízení u čtyř vedoucích z organizace INTERPLAST a.s. a na základě zjištěných závěrů navrhuje doporučení pro zlepšení jejich úrovně řízení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The object of this bachelor's thesis is to clarify the different management styles and their usage in practice. The first part deals with describing the various styles of management, particularly focusing on the specification of autocratic, democratic and liberal management style. It also describes the principles and codes of coaching, delegating and motivating employees. The second part has the objective to analyze the current use of management styles of four managers in the company INTERPLAST a.s. and based on ascertained conclusions to propose recommendations for improving their management levels.	en
