dc.description.abstract	Práce zkoumá možnosti workflow a procesního řízení. Tyto poznatky jsou aplikovány v praxi. Jsou prozkoumány možnosti, jak vylepšit stávající řešení podávání cenových nabí-dek elektronickou formou v konkrétní firmě. Na základě zjištěných problémů byl vytvořen nový model workflow a byla navrženo, jak navržená vylepšení implementovat.	cs
