dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této diplomové práce je vypracování podnikatelského záměru na základě ana-lýzy interních podnikových procesů. V teoretické části je zaměřena pozornost na zpraco-vání rešerše odborné literatury, která popisuje podnikatelský záměr, dále rozebírá procesy a procesní řízení, strategické a ekonomické analýzy a metody financování. Praktická část charakterizuje nábytkářské odvětví a vybraný podnik. Následuje analýza interních podni-kových procesů, na základě které je navržen vlastní podnikatelský záměr.	cs
