dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců a jejím vlivem na zvyšování výkonnosti podniku. Cílem této práce je analyzovat současný stav motivace pracovníků. Její první část se zaměřuje na zpracování literárních pramenů k tématům motivace, systému odměňování a hodnocení pracovníků. Druhá část je věnována aplikaci teoretického základu do praxe. Jsou zde uvedeny základní údaje o společnosti a také vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření spokojenosti zaměstnanců firmy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis discusses about motivation of the employees and its effect on increasing efficiency of company. The aim of this work is to analyze the current state of employees motivation. Its first part focuses on literary headwaters to the topic of motivation, system of remuneration and evaluation of employees. The second part is devoted to the application of the theoretical basis into practice.
