dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zpracována ve firmě TRIOP na téma ?Projekt optimalizace řízení v obuvnické firmě TRIOP. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části ? teoretická a praktická. Teoretickou část diplomové práce tvoří literární rešerše zabývající se organizací a řízení firem, řízení kvality, outsourcingu a informačních systémů. Praktická část je rozdělena na dva celky ? analýzu a projekt. V analytické části je popsán současný stav firmy a zhodnocení stavu pro realizaci projektu. V projektové části jsou navrženy, zhodnoceny přínosy pro firmu, které povedou ke zlepšení současného stavu. Cílem diplomové práce je zefektivnit řízení firmy TRIOP.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is elaborated in the TRIOP company on the theme 'The project of management optimization in the shoe company named TRIOP'. This work is divided into two parts ? theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of my thesis is formed by literary exploration dealing with organisation and company management, quality management, outsourcing and information systems. The practical part is divided into two units ? an analysis and a project. The analytical part desribes the present state of the company and evaluates the state for the project implementation. The contributions for the company which will lead to improvement of the present state are suggested and evaluated in the project part. The aim of this diploma thesis is to increase efficiency of the management of the TRIOP company.	en
