Tato práce se zabývá ochranou bariérovou funkcí kožního povrchu diabetické nohy. Práce je zaměřena na zkoumání vlivu účinků jednotlivých vybraných hydratačních krémů pro nohy diabetiků. K měření hydratačních účinků byla použita korneometrická metoda v růz-ných aplikačních režimech. Hydratační účinky jednotlivých hydratačních krémů byly srov-nány s deklarovanými účinky od výrobce. |

This work deals with the protective barier function of skin surface of diabetic foot. Purpose of the study was aimed at understanding the effect of selected cosmetic products of dia-betic foot. For this work was used the method of direct measurement of moisture on the principle of electrically capacity. Skin hydration measurement was performed on a group of selected volunteers. The results were recorded in tables and graphs. In conclusion, the evaluations of moisturizing effects was made. |
