dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou principů a metod motivace pracovníků v organizacích. Je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a praktickou. Cílem teoretické části je na základě prostudování literatury popsat problematiku motivace pracovníků v organizacích se zaměřením na základní pojmy, principy a metody motivace a její teorie. Cílem praktické části je popsat a analyzovat současný stav motivace ve společnostech LUKROM, spol. s.r.o. a HAMÉ s.r.o., kde byl vybrán jeden samostatný hospodářský subjekt Slovácká Fruta a.s. Na základě analýzy je zpracováno doporučení na zlepšení zjištěných nedostatků ve společnostech.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the principles and methods of motivation in organizations. It is divided into two parts, a theoretical and practical. Purpose theoretical part is based on the study of literature to describe the problems of motivation in organizations with a focus on basic concepts, principles and methods of motivation and it is theory.
