Cílem této práce je charakterizovat institut manželství, jak je chápán a vnímán v jednotlivých kulturních prostředích. Jelikož kulturu, její idee, tradice, způsoby chování a normy významným způsobem ovlivňuje náboženství dané společnosti, bylo v této práci charakterizováno vnímání manželství především z pohledu náboženství. Důvodem tohoto zaměření je i skutečnost, že prvotně bylo manželství, jeho cíl a smysl vysvětlováno a zajišťováno právě náboženstvím. Teprve později tento institut začalo řešit i ?světské? právo. Jednotlivé kapitoly charakterizují nejen samotné vnímání institutu manželství, ale také způsoby jeho vzniku, fungování a eventuálně i zrušení. Práce zahrnuje i vlastní výzkum ke zjištění postojů k manželství s ohledem na náboženské vyznání respondentů a statistické údaje o počtu uzavíraných sňatků a rozvodů ve vybraných zemích včetně České republiky. |

The aim of this thesis is to characterize the institution of marriage as i tis understood and perceived in different cultural environments. Since the culture and its ideas, traditions, behaviors and norms are significantly influenced by the religion, the religion point of view was considered to be Essentials for this thesis. The reasonfor this decision was a fact that initially the marriage, its aim and purpose was explained and ensured by religion. Only later this institute began to address the "secular" law. Individual chapters describe not only the perception of the institution of marriage itself, but also ways of its formation, operation and eventually its termination. The thesis also contains its own research to determine attitudes towards marriage with regard to the religion of the respondents and statistical data on the number of concluded marriages and divorces in selected countries including the Czech Republic. |
