dc.description.abstract	Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou šikany, jako nebezpečného sociálně patologického jevu a významem preventivních opatření k minimalizaci jejího výskytu. Teoretická část shrnuje dostupné informace o šikaně, přičemž jsou zde prezentovány nejvýznamnější aspekty odpovídající současnému pojetí šikany. Aplikační část dokumentuje provedené dotazníkové šetření, které ve své první části sleduje řešení výskytu šikany výchovným poradcem ve škole a ve druhé části se pak zabývá realizací preventivních opatření ve škole, zajímá se o efektivitu Minimálních preventivních programů a přibližuje spolupráci škol s jinými organizacemi a institucemi, které se na prevenci sociálně patologických jevů podílejí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the problem of bullying as a dangerous socially -patological phenomenon and the importance of preventive measures for minimalization of its occurence. The theoretical part involves available information on bullying, while the most important aspects corresponding with the present concept of bullying are presented here. The applied part shows the effected survey, which in its first part follows the solution of bullying occurence by an educational councillor at school and in its second part it deals with the implementation of preventive measures at school, the effectiveness of the Minimal preventive programmes and introduces cooperation of schools with other organizations and institutions that take part in the prevention of socially-pathological phenomena.	en
