Diplomová práce seznamuje s problematikou zadržení osoby podezřelé pracovníkem průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Specifikuje protiprávní jednání ústící v zadržení podezřelého, vše v podmínkách průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Analyzuje metodu zadržení (eliminaci útoku, fixaci, zadržení), transportu (dle spolupráce) a předání policii (přípravu komunikace). Vyhodnocuje varianty spolupráce zadrženého (spolupracuje, nespolupracuje ? neútočí, nespolupracuje ? útočí) z hlediska komunikace a techniky. Zpracovává metodiku tří obvyklých variant zadržení podezřelého (podezřelý spolupracuje, nespolupracuje ? neútočí, nespolupracuje ? útočí). V práci je využito osobní šetření a dostatek názorného materiálu. |

The thesis introduces a suspect people arrest by a commercial security industry worker. It specifies an unlawful action resulting in the suspect people arrest, all in commercial security industry terms. It analyses an arrest (attack elimination, fixation, arrest), transport (according to cooperation) and handing over to police (communication preparation) method. The thesis also evaluates arrested people cooperation options (cooperates, does not cooperate ? does not attack, does not cooperate ? does attack) with respect to communication and techniques. It elaborates the methods of three common suspect people arrest options (the suspected cooperates, does not cooperate ? does not attack, does not cooperate ? does attack). In the thesis, there are used my personal research and enough clear material. |
