Tato diplomová práce pojednává o celoživotním vzdělávání zaměstnanců jako součásti firemní kultury a je zaměřena na vzdělávání příslušníků Policie ČR. Definuje obsah pojmů výchova, vzdělávání dospělých, firemní vzdělávání a firemní kultura. Zabývá se historickým vývojem vzdělávání v rámci Policie ČR od roku 1990, vymezuje právní rámec vzdělávání, jeho institucionální a finanční zabezpečení a charakterizuje obsah, cíle a formy nově nastaveného systému vzdělávání u Policie ČR, který byl nastartován reformou Policie ČR a vydáním koncepce celoživotního vzdělávání příslušníků Policie ČR. Praktická část je věnována průzkumu, který je zaměřen na zjišťování praktické připravenosti policistů pro výkon služby po absolvování základní odborné přípravy. |

This diploma thesis discusses the lifelong education of employees as part of corporate culture and is aimed at training Czech Republic police officers. It defines the content of the concepts of education, adult education, corporate training and corporate culture. It deals with the historical development of education in the Czech Republic police department since 1990, defines the legal framework of education, institutional and financial security, and describes the content, objectives and forms of the new training system of the Czech Republic police, which was launched with the police reform and the release of the concept of lifelong education of the Czech Republic police officers. The practical part is devoted to a survey aimed at identifying practical readiness of the police officers for the exercise of the police service after completing the basic specialized training. |
