V širším vymezení se tato diplomová práce zabývá vzděláváním dospělých. Z tohoto pohledu definuje pojem a specifika vzdělávání dospělých a dále popisuje lektora, formy a metody používané v tomto procesu. V rámci užšího vymezení propojuje obecný pohled se specifiky v rámci vzdělávání dospělých ve firmě. To se pak stává východiskem pro empirickou část, která se zabývá analýzou vzdělávací nabídky firmy a hodnocení nabídky dalšího vzdělávání ve volném čase vzhledem k formě, metodě, lektorovi a časové realizaci vzdělávací aktivity. Podstatou této evaluace je identifikace představy zaměstnanců o volnočasovém vzdělávání dle zvolených kritérií a její porovnání s reálnou nabídkou. |

In a broader sense this thesis focuses on further education of adults. From this point of view it defines the concept and specific of education of adults and further on describes a lecturer, forms and methods used in this process. In a narrower conception it describes a general view and specific within the education of adults in a company. It then becomes the starting point for the empirical part, which applies to analysis of a company?s educational offer as well as evaluating the offer of further education in spare time with regard to the form, method, lecturer as well as time implementation of the education activity. The essence of the evaluation is to identify the ideas of employees about free-time education according to selected standards and their comparison with the actual offer. |
