Cílem diplomové práce je sestavit systém finančních ukazatelů pro rozhodování podniku. Teoretická část vymezuje účel, uživatele, zdroje, metody, postup, klasické a moderní ukazatele, slabé stránky finanční analýzy. V praktické části je prozkoumán současný stav zpracování a využívání finanční analýzy v konkrétní společnosti, provedena kompletní finanční analýza společnosti a identifikovány přednosti a nedostatky skutečného stavu. Po zhodnocení současného stavu je sestaven projekt inovovaného systému zpracování a využívání finanční analýzy pro sledovanou společnost. |

The objective of the is to create a system of financial indicators for decision-making processes of a firm. Theoretical part specifies the purpose, users, sources, methods, procedure and traditional and modern indicators and points out weaknesses of the financial analysis. The practical part examines the current situation of elaboration and usage of the financial analysis of within a concrete copany. This part also contains a complete financial analysis of this company and identifies strong and weak points of its present situation. On the basis of the evaluation of the current state of the company, an innovated project of the manner of elaboration and usage the financial analysis for this copany has been inroduced. |
