Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu na založení neziskové organizace pro osoby se sluchovým postižením nabízející sociální služby ve Zlíně. V teoretické části je popsáno postavení neziskových organizací v národním hospodářství České republiky, rozdělení a definice sluchového postižení a sociální služby. Analytická část se zabývá průzkumem konkurenčního prostředí v celé ČR a ve Zlínském kraji. Dalším úkolem bylo zjistit, o jaké konkrétní služby a akce by měli Neslyšící zájem. V projektové části je zpracováno konkrétní projektové řešení založení neziskové organizace a registrace sociálních služeb, které byly vybrány na základě průzkumu trhu. |

The aim of this dissertation is creating a project of establishing a nonprofit organization for hearing-impaired people offering social services in Zlin. In the theoretic part is described the status of nonprofit organizations in national economy of the Czech Republic, the divi-sion and the definition of hearing impairment and social services. The analytic part deals with the research of competitive environment in the whole Czech Republic and in the re-gion of Zlin. Another task was to find out in which specific services and events would be the hearing-impaired interested. In the part focused on the project is processed the specific project solutions of establishing the nonprofit organization and registration of social ser-vices, which were selected on the base of the research of the market. |
