Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou vzdelávacieho systému, ako súčasti efektívneho managementu ľudských zdrojov, v dvoch vybraných spoločnostiach. Hlavný prínos práce je podrobná analýza tréningových systémov v pozorovaných organizáciách a to Whirlpool SLOVAKIA s.r.o. a Tatramat - ohrievače vody s.r.o., ich vzájomné porovnania, a odporúčania smerujúce k vyššej kvalite, efektivite a celkovej úrovni systémov vzdelávania. |

The diploma essay deals with the analyses of the educational system as a part of efficient management of human resources in two choosen companies. The main contribution is a detailed analyses of the training systems in observed companies, which were Whirpool SLOVAKIA s.r.o. and Tatramat s.r.o., the comparation with each other, proposals for increasing the quality, efficiecy and general quality of the educational system. |
