dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá stavem českého zdravotnického systému a postavením pacienta uvnitř tohoto systému. Předmětem práce je zhodnotit současný stav zdravotnictví a z teoretických poznatků vyvodit opatření pro lepší postavení pacienta. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy týkající se zdravotnických systémů, vývoje a současného postavení pacienta. Praktická část hodnotí vybrané problémy českého systému zdravotnictví související s postavením pacienta a nastoluje některá opatření, jak dané problémy eliminovat.	cs

This thesis aims to evaluate the current state of health care and to deduce measures from theoretical knowledge to improve the patient?s position. The theoretical section describes basic concepts related to development of the health care system and the current situation of the patient. The practical section evaluates selected problems of the Czech health care system related to the patient?s status and raises some measures as how to eliminate these problems.	en
