Práce řeší problematiku profesního vzdělávání managementu, coby součást řízení lidských zdrojů PČR. Reaguje na akutní nedostatek jasné strategie profesního vzdělávání u PČR, která se promítá do všech vrstev zaměstnanců PČR, tedy nejen policistů, ale i dalších zaměstnanců. Součástí práce je i dotazníkový výzkum, provedený u PČR. Cílem práce je zejména vytyčení základních tezí, určených představitelům PČR, která vychází nejen z teoretických poznatků, ale i z provedeného výzkumu. |

The work addresses the issue education of management, as part of the management of human resources of the PCR. Responds to the acute lack of clear strategy of professional education of the PCR, which translates into all layers of the employees of the PCR, thus not only police officers but also of other employees.
