Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku eGovernmentu, tedy elektronické veřejné správy. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout opatření na celkový rozvoj eGovernmentu v České republice. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na popis současného stavu nejen na úrovni České republiky, ale i Evropské unie. Jsou zde popsány základní pojmy a nástroje eGovernmentu a trendy v této oblasti. Praktická část se zaměřuje jak na analýzu využívání služeb z pohledu občanů, tak i na pohled poskytovatele služeb. V návrhové části jsou uve-deny možnosti dalšího rozvoje eGovernmentu v České republice. |

This thesis is focused on eGovernment. The aim of the thesis is to propose measures to the overall development of eGovernment in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the state not only on the level of the Czech Republic, but also the European Union. It describes the basic concepts and tools of e-government and trends in this area. The practical part concentrates on the use of services from the perspective of citizens and service providers to look at. The design section provides opportunities for further development of eGovernment in the Czech Republic. |
