Táto predložená diplomová práca je tematicky, obsahovo a cieľovo orientovaná na emoci-onálnu inteligenciu detí predškolského veku a rôzne stratégie jej rozvíjania. Teoretická časť pojednáva o samotnej osobnosti predškoláka a jeho socializácii, vysvetľuje pojem emocionálnej inteligencie a jej zložky, popisuje prostredie ako faktor, ktorý túto inteligenciu podmieňuje a v neposlednom rade sa snaží priblížiť rôzne stratégie podporujúce rozvoj emocionálnej inteligencie u detí v predškolskom období. Praktická časť je zameraná na zistenie názorov učiteliek, odborníčok, na prácu s emóciami detí a na ich vlastné skúsenosti s ich podporou a rozvojom u detí, a to prostredníctvom dotazníkového šetrenia. Ďalej sme zrealizovali rozhovory s matkami detí predškolského veku, pretože sme sa chceli dozvedieť, aký spôsob práce s deťmi využívajú doma a ako vnímajú prácu s deťmi uplatňovanú v materskej škole. |

This graduation thesis focuses on emotional intelligence of preschool age children and the various forms of its development. The theoretical part analyses the personality of a preschool child and his/her socialization, it explains what emotional intelligence is and describes its components. It also defines enviroment as one of the most crucial factors of intelligence which attempts to spotlight on different strategies supporting the development of emotional intelligence of preschoolers. The practical part is devoted to investigations about the opinions of teachers as well as professionals who work with children's emotions on a daily basis and their personal experience with such children. This is done through the medium of questionaire. There were made conversations with mothers of prechool age children, as our intention was to know, what kind of work with children they practice at home and how they perceive working with children in kindergarten. |
