Diplomová práce navrhuje opatření pro budoucí úspěšný rozvoj firmy KD TRANSPORT, mezinárodní zasilatelství, spol. s r.o. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou rozebrány základní faktory, které tento rozvoj zásadně ovlivňují, dále je provedena důkladná analýza firmy a jejího okolí. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou definovány cíle, jichž má firma dosáhnout, a také ucelený soubor opatření k zabezpečení úspěšné střednědobé rozvojové strategie. Vše je doplněno o důsledky realizace stanovených opatření včetně upozornění na hrozící rizika v průběhu zavádění opatření a stanovení cest jak tato rizika oslabit nebo eliminovat. |

This thesis suggests steps for a future successful development of the company KD TRANSPORT, International Forwarding Business Limited. The single chapters deal with the basic factors which fundamentally affect this development. Furthermore a thorough company and its environment analysis has been conducted. Following the results of the analysis, the goals which the company should achieve and also an integrated collection of steps leading towards successful medium term development strategy, have been defined. This strategy is completed with the consequences of the implementation of the established steps including the notice of the imminent dangers in the course of implementing these measures and determining ways of weakening or eliminating these dangers. |
