Tématem mé práce je problematika budování rozsáhlé komunikační infrastruktury. Cílem této práce je popsat postup budování komunikační infrastruktury na území města, a to od získání podkladových dat, přes jejich analýzu a následné navržení optimální varianty řešení, až po popis následných kroků vedoucích k realizaci takové infrastruktury. V teoretické části jsou objasněny základní pojmy z oblasti telekomunikačních sítí. Analytická část obsahuje popis postupu při budování rozsáhlých komunikačních sítí, následně analýzu stavu komunikační infrastruktury Statutarního města Zlína. Projektová část zahrnuje návrh řešení rozšíření komunikační infrastruktury Statutárního města Zlína o 3 typické body zájmu z hlediska způsobu realizace napojení daného zájmového bodu. Součástí takového návrhu je také typický rozpočet na realizaci zájmového bodu a výkresová část. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny podmínky udržitelnosti celého projektu budování komunikační infrastruktury a přínosy takového komplexsního řešení na území města. |

The topic of my thesis is the issue of building an extensive communications infrastructure. The aim of this thesis is to describe the procedure for the building of communication infrastructure in the city. This procedure is executed by obtaining underlying data, analyzing the system and subsequent design of an solution's optimal alternative to the description of the subsequent steps leading to implementation of such infrastructure. Theoretical part explained the basic concepts of telecommunication networks. Analytical part contains a description of how to build large-scale communication networks, followed by analysis of the state communications infrastructure of the City of Zlín. The project includes a solution, which is proposed of extending communications infrastructure of the City Zlin by three typical points of interest in terms of realization's manner of the connection points of interest. Part of these proposal is also a typical budget for the implementation point of interest and drawing part. In the end are mentioned conditions for sustainability of the project Building of wide communication infrastructure and associated benefits of such a comprehensive solution in the city. |
