dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá agresivním pacientem ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Je specializována na použití restriktivních metod u agresivních pacientů. Teoretická část práce se soustřeďuje na vysvětlení pojmů souvisejících s agresí a agresivitou. Restriktivní postupy jsou v teoretické části jednotlivě popsány, spolu s komplikacemi a obecnými zásadami při jejich použití. Teoretická část dále popisuje psychologickou, etickou a právní problematiku restriktivních metod. Praktická část práce se soustřeďuje na analýzu dat, která byla zjištěna ve výzkumném šetření. Šetření bylo uskutečněno pomocí rozhovorů a dotazníků. Cílem šetření bylo zjistit míru používání omezovacích prostředků nelékařským zdravotnickým personálem ve zdravotnických zařízeních, jejich druhy a znalosti této problematiky ze strany etiky, psychologie a práva z pohledu zdravotníků. Součástí práce je vypracování ošetřovatelského standardu ? Použití omezovacích prostředků u agresivních pacientů. Primárně je tento standard koncipován pro Nemocnici Milosrdných bratří Brno.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the aggressive patient in a health-care facility. It focuses on the use of the restrictive methods with the aggressive patients. The theoretical part of the thesis clarifies the notions that are connected to aggression and aggressiveness. The restrictive methods are described one by one in the theoretical part, as well as the complications and the basic principles of their use. The theoretical part describes the psychological, ethical and legal problems of the restrictive methods. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the research data analysis. The research was conducted based on interviews and questionnaires. The aim of the research was to determine to what extent are the restrictive methods used by the non-medical staff in the health-care facilities, their types, and the hospital attendents? knowledge of this area from the ethical, psychological and legal point of view.
