dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice, úskalí stáří a stárnutí z pohledu sociální práce. Práce je strukturovaná do dvou velkých celků. Teoretická část nabízí ucelený přehled o stáří, jeho specifických projevech, o životních potřebách starých lidí. Dále popisuje současné sociální služby a nové trendy vycházející ze současného pojetí sociálních slu-žeb. Praktická část zjišťuje pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu pohled sociálního pracovníka na seniorovu schopnost vyrovnat se s novými trendy v poskytování sociálních služeb, pečovatelské služby, na schopnost využít všech pozitiv, které tyto nové trendy nabízí. Tato bakalářská práce napomáhá pochopit, jak ovlivňuje úskalí stáří a stárnutí poskyto-vání sociálních služeb - pečovatelské služby. Ukazuje na problémové oblasti v poskyto-vání pečovatelské služby vycházejících ze specifik stáří a stárnutí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor work deals with problem of old age and aging difficulty from the view-point of a social worker. My work is structured into two big wholes. The theoretic part offers comprehensive overview of old age, his specific manifestations, life needs of old people. It also describes contemporary social services and new trends presuming from present concept of social services. By a qualitative research the practice part finds out a social worker view of senior abil-ity to deal with new trends in a providing of social services / home care, at ability to make use of all positives that new trends offer. This bachelor work helps to understand how old age and aging influence the providing of social services / home care. It shows on problem parts in the providing of home care presuming from specifics of old age and aging.	en
