Předmětem bakalářské práce je nezaměstnanost a její možný vliv na postoje, strategie dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných osob při řešení této obtížné životní situace. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy z oblasti nezaměstnanosti, zabývá se příčinami nezaměstnanosti a jejími důsledky. Charakterizuje funkci sociálního státu a jeho roli při tvorbě pravidel politiky zaměstnanosti. Cílem praktické části je s využitím metody rozhovoru se zástupci zaměstnavatelů v regionu Kroměříže zjistit postoje a motivy uchazečů o práci při jednání s potencionálními zaměst-navateli. |

My bachelor thesis deals with unemployment and its possible effects on attitudes and stra-tegies of the long-term unemployed for solving this crucial situation in their lives. The theoretical part defines elementary terms related to unemployment and deals with reasons and consequences of unemployment. It characterizes the function of a social state and its role in formation of rules in employment policy. The aim of the practical part is, through the technique of interview with the representatives of employers of the Kromeriz region, to find out attitudes and motives of job applicants to potential employers. |
