dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá analýzou rizikového chování klientů kontaktního centra. Teoretická část obsahuje popis drogové problematiky v České republice a nástroje její protidrogové politiky. Dále jsou představeny kontaktní centra, jejich služby a způsoby vedení evidence těchto zařízení. Výzkumná část této práce se věnuje analýze rizikového chování konkrétních uživatelů drog reprezentovaných klienty Kontaktního centra PLUS. Údaje byly zpracovány ze vstupních dotazníků, které jsou s klienty tohoto centra každoročně vyplňovány. Hlavním cílem analýzy bylo identifikovat základní charakteristiky respondentů a vysledovat souvislosti mezi úrovní jejich rizikového chování a proměnnými jako je věk, pohlaví, délka kontaktu se zařízením, absolvování testů na HIV či hepatitidu a zkušenosti s léčbou závislosti. Výsledky budou dále využity jako podklady pro plánování nových či zhodnocení efektivnosti stávajících služeb Kontaktního centra PLUS.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theses deals with analysing risky behavior of the contact centre clients. The description of drug problems in the Czech Republic and instruments of Czech anti-drug policy can be found in the theoretical part. Contact centers, their services and ways of register keeping of these facilities are introduced additionally. As for practical point of view, the attention has been paid to analysing risky behavior of concrete drug users represented with the clients of Contact centre PLUS. The data shown in the experimental part have been obtained from in-come questionnaires which are completed by the clients of Contact centre PLUS regularly each year. Identification of fundamental respondent features and monitoring links between level of risky behavior and factors like respondent age, gender, length of the centre contact, passing a HIV or hepatitis test and experience with addiction therapy were the main goals of the work. The analysis results will be used as a background for planning new or assessing current services of Contact centre PLUS.	en
