dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je zjistit úroveň právního vědomí učitelů základních škol, zejména v oblasti péče o děti, ochrany jejich práv a jiných problémů každodenního života. Je zjišťována také potřeba dalšího právního vzdělávání učitelů a jejich názor na některé právní instituty. Práce sestává ze dvou částí - teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část popisuje některé základní pojmy (např. právo, právní vědomí, vzdělávání). Je rozvěž zahrnuta otázka užitečnosti právních znalostí učitelů, popsány jsou i další možnosti jejich vzdělávání. Teoretická část také obsahuje některé případy, kdy se učitelé mohou ve své práci s právem setkat. V rámci empirické části je proveden kvantitativní výzkum, který byl uskutečněn mezi učiteli 6.-9. ročníků základních škol.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the bachelor thesis is to find out the lewel of legal conscience of teachers of primary schools mainly in the spheres of children care, protection of their rights and those conserning everyday life, i.e. spheres of civil, family and criminal law. Also the needs of further legal education of teachers and their opinion of some legal institutes are being found out in this theses. The theses consists of two parts ? a theoretical part and an empirical part. The first one describes some basic concepts (e.g. law, legal conscience, education). The question of usefulness of legal knowledge of teachers is also included. Possibilities of teachers' further education are described. The theoretical part also includes some cases, when teachers can meet the law in their work. The empiric part contains quantitative research that was carried out among teachers in the 6th ? 9th years of primary schools.	en
